DIOCESE - 5 POINT PRIORITY AGENDA - PUBLIC AFFAIRS MINISTRY
DIOCESE OF CUBAO FIVE – POINT AGENDA
Ministry: PUBLIC AFFAIRS MINISTRY
Strategic Goals
By the end of 2011, the Diocese of Cubao will be a local church:
Enabling goals
1) where parishes are alive and strengthened through the BEC by
a) synergizing the implementation of Diocesan Programs
b) a comprehensive formation program for Integral Evangelization for the lay, and the clergy with the collaboration of the religious;
1.1. a dependable and efficient core group of the PAM has been organized in every parish
1.2. Four flagship formation programs have been conducted in all the parishes.
2) with a self-sufficient catechetical program in the light of its autonomy from the Archdiocese of Manila;
2.1. PAM formation modules have been integrated in the catechetical ministry syllabus
3) that utilizes media (e.g. Internet, TV, Radio, Print) for evangelization;
3.1. PAM Projects and programs have been linked to the diocesan website
4) that has a sustainable resource mobilization guided by the spirituality of stewardship;
4.1. Support funding through foundations and other sources outside of the diocese have been established.
5) where its organizational structure and policies are clarified and updated in the light of some emerging ministries.
5.1. PAM coordinators in the different vicariates and parishes have been appointed and formally installed.
