FR. ARNEL’S TIME:
Fr. Arnel said that voter’s registration is only once in a lifetime. So don’t miss this privilege.
One can easily plan when to register.
PAM activities are all year round. It is often time being associated only with PPCRV and so many would think that PAM only exist during elections. PAM is an ongoing formation whose advocacy is focused on Integral Evangelization as a means for Social Transformation.
He mentioned PREX as an effective venue for recruiting PAM members by incorporating some of its formations modules.
Fr. Arnel shared their parish experience on social transformation in the making –
“Adopt Street Children in the Parish”. It is one way of preventing future crimes to happen by removing the street children from the street through adoption.
Each mandated organization adopt 1 child and to take care of their schooling until they finish elementary.
The children are sent to nearby public school, given uniforms, school supplies, etc.
They are given daily allowance by the Greeters and Collectors after attending mass everyday at 6:30AM. Retired school teachers gives free tutorial to these children.
